Shetland Sheepdogs have been a part of the Brodsky Family for many years. We have been involved in showing and breeding shelties since 1989 when we lived in Winnipeg Canada. In 1990, we moved to Lansing Michigan where we continued to show and breed. In 1992, we had our first son and took a little sheltie hiatus. In 2006, three more boys later, we returned to the confirmation ring both in Canada and the United States.

We are a small breeder located in Bloomington Minnesota, with one or two well-planned litters per year. We specialize in AOAC show quality shelties. All our dogs are members of our family and are raised in our home.

The name "Shazadar" originates from a combination of our four boys' names Sean, Zach, Dylan and Ryan. The boys help out at home and at the shows and hopefully one day soon in the show ring!
